This book is an easy- to- read guide to some of the first things that I cover in consults with my patients. Whether they have diagnosed IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), Crohn’s disease,  ,Colitis or Diverticulitis. Or they may have a collection of symptoms that keep them from enjoying day to day life, like bloating, pain, gas, constipation or diarrhoea.
